1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to fo8r is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming services from your location.
3. You must not be accessing fo8r from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your location before registering.
4. You must be acting on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously excluded from fo8r or any affiliated platform for problematic gambling behavior.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be prevented from doing so by any applicable law or court order.
7. You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee or contractor of fo8r or any of its affiliated entities.

fo8r reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated while ineligible shall be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on fo8r. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, fo8r will close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide truthful, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly via account settings or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, allow third parties to access your account, or use another person's account. fo8r will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security practices.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service.

3.4 Right to Refuse Registration

fo8r reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fo8r is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity fraud, and financial crime. Accordingly, we apply a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may include any or all of the following:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving licence) showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Residential Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official letter (dated within 3 months) confirming your Indonesia address.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Source of Funds Declaration: Where large transactions are involved, fo8r may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your photo ID to confirm the document belongs to you.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC has been satisfactorily completed. fo8r may request KYC documentation at any stage of the customer lifecycle, including at the point of registration, at first withdrawal, or following a material change in account activity. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fo8r supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Third-party payments — where the sending account is not registered in the User's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed at the User's cost.

5.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are usually instant. fo8r reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at its discretion or at a User's own request under our Responsible Gaming programme.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within 1 business day. E-wallet withdrawals are usually processed within 2 hours. fo8r does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that has previously been used for a deposit into fo8r, and that account must be registered in the User's own legal name. Withdrawals cannot be made until any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied. fo8r reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing large withdrawals.

5.5 Unclaimed Balances

If an account remains inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months, fo8r may classify it as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per month, which will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be closed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers on fo8r are available exclusively to eligible registered Users aged 21+, subject to any specific terms attached to each promotion. fo8r reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its discretion, particularly where abuse is suspected.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus-plus-deposit amount, as specified in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement necessitates total bets of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.

6.3 Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, baccarat, blac kjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). Table games such as poker and baccarat may contribute 0% toward bonus wagering requirements. The exact contribution rates for each game category are displayed within the individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits and any winnings generated from them will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, which is typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.

6.5 Abuse of Bonuses

fo8r employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets deliberately designed to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures. Where abuse is identified, fo8r reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

6.6 Changes to Promotions

fo8r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus credits already validly credited to a User's account prior to the change.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability

fo8r offers a wide range of games including casino slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), sports betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sabung ayam (live cockfighting) streams, crash games, fishing games, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar. Game availability may vary by region or be subject to scheduled maintenance.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communications failure that affects the integrity of a wager or its outcome, fo8r reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account. fo8r is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, server maintenance, or third-party platform failures.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. fo8r reserves the right to alter stake limits at any time. Stakes that exceed displayed limits may be partially voided, with only the permissible portion accepted.

7.4 Sports Betting Specifics

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Bets placed on events that have already commenced (except where in-play betting is explicitly offered) will be voided. Bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap markets each carry their own supplementary rules available within the sportsbook section.

7.5 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to a game outcome, wager settlement, or account transaction must be submitted to fo8r customer support within 72 hours of the event in question. fo8r's decision following investigation shall be final. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Users may escalate to the relevant licensing authority as specified under the Governing Law clause.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fo8r and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other Users or external parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Attempting to launder money or use fo8r for any other illegal financial purpose.
• Accessing fo8r via a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymizing tool to disguise your true location or identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including providing false identification documents during KYC.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid transaction with your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with fo8r support.
• Sharing or publishing proprietary platform content, odds data, or confidential information without fo8r's express written consent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fo8r staff or other Users via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

fo8r is deeply committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we have a duty of care to our Users. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on fo8r. We conduct age verification at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Users may request voluntary self-exclusion for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account will be suspended and all marketing communications ceased. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period and must be submitted via the account settings or by contacting our support team directly.

9.3 Deposit & Loss Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits within their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.

9.4 Session Time Controls

Users may set session duration limits, after which they will be automatically logged out. Reality-check reminders can also be activated to display regular notifications showing total session time and net wins or losses.

10 Privacy & Data

fo8r collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, fo8r collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.

11 Limitations of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

fo8r provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavor to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, free from viruses, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fo8r shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from technical failures.

11.3 User Responsibility

You access fo8r at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. fo8r accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your decision to access or use the platform.

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fo8r's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their fo8r account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

fo8r reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice to registered Users via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of fo8r following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects when the most recent version of these Terms took effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fo8r holds its operating license.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Indonesian Users retain any statutory rights afforded to them under Indonesian consumer protection legislation to the extent such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process (see Clause 7.5) may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, or to the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction, at fo8r's election.
